Phobia, what is phobia ? Everyone want to know about phobias and want to know that which phobia they have. Obviously everyone has some kind of phobia. There is always fear for something that disturb you. Phobia is not something that is related to obvious fear For example it is common to have fear of gun, fear of war, fear of death, but when your fear become intensive and worst then it become phobia. If you are phobic you will not even want to hear its name or can't even imagine that. Phobia bring you at a point where you start vomiting, faint, and screaming.

Phobia is drive from Greek word," Phobos " meaning fear. Phobos was a Greek God famous for terrifying his enemies.

Phobia is the irrational and unreal fear.

- Excessive, unreasonable, persistent fear triggered by objects or situations.
- Exposure to the trigger leads to intense anxiety.
- The person recognises that the fear is unrealistic.
- The object or situation is avoided or endured with intense anxiety.

Panic attacks when he has to speak, eat or use public lavatory in others presence.
Social phobias are common as 11 % in men and 15 % in women.
