Lets start.
Start from morning
7 am
Take 7 almonds
Take 10-12 Peanut
Take 2 walnut
Take 5-10 cashew
At 7:15
Take two glass of warm water
At 7:30
Eat 2 slice of multigrain bread with
Omelette or cheese omelette
Or with
Small quantity of nutella
And after that take green tea with brown sugar or without sugar.
At 11 am
eat fruits that with mixed nuts.
if you want to eat some junk food then eat biscuits or cholesterol free chips not more then that.
At 2 pm
in lunch
eat fish or chicken steaks
compound salad
multigrain bread just 2 slices
at last take green tea with brown sugar or without sugar
At 5 pm
take tea with 2 sugar free biscuits
take mix nuts
At 7:30 pm
half a bowl chicken stock ( most important)
At 8 pm
eat vegetables in dinner
don't forget to take green tea after your dinner is finished
At 11:30
drink a full cup of milk diluted with water without sugar.
